Camp HASC is hiring year-round positions:
>Director of Development to manage fundraising activities, oversee donor relations and work with the camp leadership to coordinate community initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic fundraising plans, organizing fundraising events, building and managing the development team and promoting the organization’s financial success.
The Director of Development will work in collaboration with the camp leadership and Board of Directors to create and implement strategic development vision. Candidates for this position should have relevant experience in fundraising and development.
>Controller to maintain accounting records, prepare periodic financial reports, as well as oversee Human Resources and payroll. Responsibilities will include supervising organization’s transactions, ensuring timely processing of accounts payables & receivables, and working with partner service providers to produce and maintain annual budgets, financial reports and filings for state and private funding of not-for-profit operations.
Controller will work with the camp leadership and Board of Directors to enable the camp’s financial compliance and success. Candidates for this position should have relevant accounting and/or financial training and experience and be fully comfortable with accounting, spreadsheet, and database software.
>Development Associate to assist and support fundraising efforts, including event planning, implementation, and a range of administrative support. Candidates must be fluent with MS Office, Google Drive/Sheets/Docs and have experience with mass communication & database software.
